Study Rooms are available for individual and group study. Please be respectful and courteous of others in your use of the rooms.

• No more than four may be in a room. Everyone using the room must check in at the Circulation Desk (North Side).
• A Panther Card is required. Community guests may use the rooms, but currently enrolled students have priority use over guests.
• Rooms have a 2-hour limit. Rooms may not be reserved or renewed. If there is not a demand for the room, you can stay until someone else requests the room.
• The LLRC is not responsible for personal belongings left in the room. Personal belongings left unattended more than 30 minutes will be removed and given to Security. The rooms are locked. Please close the doors when leaving the room. If you wish to return to the room a Circulation staff member will assist you.
• Quiet conversation is permitted; however, the rooms are not sound proof, so be considerate of others. Sound on laptops and other electronic devices should be turned down. Headphones are available at the Circulation Desk (South side).
• Food and drink attract mice, roaches, ants, and other pests and pose a potential risk to our collection and equipment; therefore if you must eat and drink "eat and drink responsibly":
• Drinks are allowed ONLY in covered, spill-proof containers.
• Snack food (chips, nuts, pretzels, cookies, crackers, etc.) are permitted, but NOT meals or messy, aromatic foods (pizza, burgers, fries, sandwiches, salads, etc.).
• Alcohol is strictly forbidden.
• Ordering delivery of food is not allowed.
• Any spills should be wiped up, and trash discarded before leaving.
